Geosciences Advisory Unit: The Geosciences Advisory Unit is a scientific consultancy that operates in the School of Ocean and Earth Science at the University of Southampton.

SERMG

NIRMG: The Northern Ireland Radiation Monitoring Coordinating Committee is concerned with monitoring environmental radioactivity particularly because of the relative proximity to the Sellafield reprocessing plant in Cumbria.

RIMNET

RIMNet, or Radioactive Incident Monitoring Network, is the national radiation monitoring and nuclear emergency response system, set up as part of the National Response Plan following the Chernobyl accident.
About RIMNet

ARGUS

The ARGUS project have been involved in the development, construction and operation of environmental gamma monitoring systems for over fourteen years. Fourteen systems are currently either up and running or being commissioned. Purchasers include many local authorities accross The UK.

LARnet

LARnet was formed as LARRMACC in April 1990 by local government in the United Kingdom, to help it respond to the need to monitor nuclear radiation and respond to emergencies.
